Grand Opening - 1/1/09
___Mae's Hairbows & Hair Accessories became official today. It was our launching day. in our first day we had 75 hits on our website. I am excited about this new adventure. Mae's Hairbows started with the concept of buying what you want. What I mean is, my daughter needed something cute hairbow wisefor Christmas pictures. Well I looked and looked and could find nothing. The thing I did buy from a store was to little for her head. you couldn't even see the hairbow in the pictures. Anyway, I looked into making hairbows myself for her, and now we have Mae's Hairbows & Hair Accessories - made To Match Your Princess's Personality. we sell hairbows, clippies, and headbands.

I know that we all can't afford things we want. So, Mae's Hairbows & Hair Accessories has given our customers an option with LAYAWAY, so that you can still get what you want for as little as $5 down deposit (all Deposits are non -refundable but counts towards total balance). You will have 30 days to pay the rest in full. You can make any amounts of payments before then is you would like. If you are interested please contact us for the LAYAWAY PAYMENT OPTION (Note: If items are put in shopping cart & you checkout, you will be charged the full price.). I will send out an invoice with the remaining balance on the 25th day of your layaway term. THANKS!!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your refund policy?

All of our hairbows are custom made to your choice of color, size and hardware. Therefore, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

2. What if I see a bow on your website that I like, but I don't see the color that I need?

Please let us know if you see a style bow you like but want it in another color. We will do everything possible to get the color you need.

3. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days. From your ship date Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for delivery.

4. What are your shipping rates?

We offer local pick-up for our customes in the Tulsa and surrounding area, and we offer Priority Mail for $5.60(1-3 days). If you need your item expedited please contact us for shipping charges.

5. Does purchasing Priority or Expedited shipping speed up my order processing time?

Your choice of shipping only changes the length of time it takes to receive your order after it is processed. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days.

6. I need my order for a special event, will you expedite my order?

We try to accommodate our customers as much as possible and will do all we can to ensure that you receive your order in time. Please let us know how soon you need your order and we will try to accommodate it. During busy seasons, there may be additional fees to expedite your order.

7. My baby has really thin hair, what type of hardware should I choose?

We would suggest that you choose a fully lined alligator clip. Because the clip is lined, it prevents it from slipping off the hair. We also recommend the nylon headbands. Children with really thick or coarse hair should use a partially lined alligator clip because it makes it easy to slide the clip through the hair.

Fundraising with Mae's Hairbows

Mae's Hairbows and Hair Accessories knows that many people, organizations, sports teams, cheer squads, and schools are always looking for a way to help raise money.

Our current fundraising products are key fobs and streamer pony o's. Mae’s Hairbows has a minimum sale of $5.00 to make profit. Your group will receive from 10% - 50% profit depending on your total sales. Your customers will have a few choices to choose from, and at least one will be a custom piece with your organization name/logo, sports team name/mascot, cheer squad mascot, school name/mascot, etc.

Please contact us today for more information on our fundraising opportunities. Book your fundraiser before May 31, 2009 and receive a special gift.
